Terms & Conditions

• Water & electricity should be provided by the client otherwise it would be charged extra 2% of the total amount.
• Every Quotation is Valid only for the period of 7 Days
• 10% advance payment before commencement of the work, all payments to be made in advance and as per the phase wise division of work.
• After accepting any offer/proposal by the client Fifteen days’ grace period would be expected to start the work.
• In case market rates are revised then contractor will bear upto 5%, if that revised rates goes above 5% then client will bear all the difference from Previous rate to Current rate.
• Client should provide a stay for carpenter/Labourers in the same premises. If required
• Any legal formality or compulsive formality of any local body or any Govt. agency regarding
permission to work on the site or related to the work in hand shall be Contractor’s responsibility,
Government charges to be paid separately by Client.
