* Conduct site investigations and tests to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
* Develop and implement site-specific construction schedules and timelines
* Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
* Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
* Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and recommendations.
